What User Data We Collect
- We may use Google Analytics to collect the IP address, browser used, and other anonymous data from visitors.
- We only collect contact information and email address from members as part of their membership.
Why We Collect Your Data
- Non-members: to understand which public-facing pages are the most useful.
- Members: to tell whether you are logged in or not, and thus whether you have access to members-only pages.
- We only send email to members to inform them of routine society matters such as meetings and the availability of newsletters. We do not collect email addresses from non-members and we do not email non-members.
